A photo exhibition, "The Future Is Just Around the Corner," dedicated to the miners of the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine, has opened at the N.V. Gogol Library in Kemerovo. The exhibition is located on the second floor of the library and will be open to visitors for a month.

The photo project showcases miners not only as professionals but also as family men—caring parents and individuals with personal stories. Its goal is to show the human side of coal mining and evoke an emotional response in the region's residents.

At the exhibition opening, students from the Kemerovo State Institute of Culture learned about the coal company's operations, coal mining and processing technology, and the Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Kompaniya JSC group's development priorities.
At the end of the meeting, the children were given a quiz on the topic of coal mining, and for their active participation and correct answers, they were awarded souvenirs with the company logo.
"Many people living in Kuzbass associate their professional lives with coal mining. But when the news mentions dry personnel statistics, it doesn't evoke a warm response. Working in coal companies isn't associated with being a foundation for the region's social development. So, we decided to transform this abstract human labor force into personal stories that evoke positive emotions. Family is important to everyone, and miners are no exception." - the project organizers, PR communications specialists and employees of the HR and Personnel Policy Department of JSC KTK, shared their experience with the event participants.
As a reminder, last year the photo exhibition was on display for several months at the Shakhtyorov Palace of Culture in Kemerovo.
Now the exhibition can be viewed for a month during the library's opening hours (135 Lenin Ave., 2nd floor).
